Yes we do. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers.
Usually! Many older fridges are made with much better quality parts than the new fridges and freezers hitting the market today. In many cases, replacing a broken part on an older fridge or freezer will allow it to live on longer than buying a new one would. Some brands are better than others when it comes to this so give us a call and we’ll tell you if yours is worth repairing or not.
There are also so many small things with simple fixes that could be causing your fridge or freezer to not work as it should. If your fridge is old it’s easy to assume it’s going to cost a lot to repair but so often it’s just a matter of something so simple you can even do yourself. We’d hate for you to waste your money on a new fridge if all you have is a blocked drain!
After asking you some questions over the phone we’ll be able to tell you what’s wrong with it, if you can fix it yourself plus a price to repair it if it needs repairing. That way you can make an informed decision on whether to repair or replace.
Yes definitely. Give us a call to arrange a time that suits you. We also take Saturday morning appointments at no extra cost.
We understand you need us there right away. Usually we can get there within the same day you call us.
We pride ourselves on our affordable prices. The price will vary depending on what the issue with your fridge is but after asking you some simple questions over the phone, we are able to give you a quote to repair it. That way you can make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with the repair or not.
Most of our work is done at your home within an hour of our arrival. In a small amount of cases we will need to take your fridge away for repair which usually takes less than a week. If we do need to take your fridge away we will leave you with a courtesy fridge at no cost to you.
